We enjoyed a spectacular double-drop, and a live video premier, all in one fabulous evening! We said “farewell” to It’s ENZO! but it’s ok, because the artist is still going to be releasing material on File Under_ Records as Tabount Express! Now this might be a biased silver lining reaction to the tragic departure of It’s ENZO!, but I think I sort of favor the fact that TE seems even more quirky and underground and experimental than IE! In any case, these albums are both exceedingly high quality from the first note to the last. Are they odd? Yes, they are odd, in a playful, recreational way. While the production and composition chops are not to be denied, the artist does not take themselves too seriously, in that they aren’t trying to fill your head with anything but hot grooves and good times. In short, these album are a lot of fun… no, they are bursting, colorful party bags full of delightful goodies! Get your groove on right now!
